How the process works

1

Stratos sends a list of requirements and KYC (Know Your Customer)

The application is received formally with the details of the property and the negotiation agreements between the seller and the buyer. The parties sign a purchase option agreement.
2

Preparation of escrow contract based on the PSA (promise of sale)

Once the offer is accepted, the buyer begins the due diligence process. This involves inspections and reviews of documents that Stratos will request for the financial transaction.
3

Compliance Department Approval

The escrow contract is signed for the opening of the account with Stratos, where the funds will be held securely until the closing of the transaction.
